In February 1999 I first visited Yosemite National
Park. At that time I was only able to visit Yosemite
Valley. On Saturday August 28th I visited the Giant
Sequoia trees in the Mariposa Grove. Pictures of the Giant
Sequoia Trees are shown on this page. I also hiked out to Taft
Point and Glacier Point for spectacular views of El Capitan,
The Valley Floor and Half Dome.
